These Almond Biscotti (or as Chef Robert’s family calls them, Quaresimali) have been made by generations of family members for different events for years. Yet the Italian cookie will always be found on the dessert buffet during Easter. These biscotti are delicious dunked in a cup of coffee or eaten just as is. The outstanding taste comes from a mixture of almonds, filberts, egg, sugar, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking powder, oil, flour, orange juice and a lot of love. The taste will bring you back to Italy. If you’ve never been there before, we hope it will bring you back to Pocket Watch Bakery.
All orders must be placed by 4:00 PM on Friday. We bake on Monday night and deliver on Tuesday after 4:00 PM. Personal deliveries are made within 10-miles from Zip Code 02451. Other deliveries will be made according to USPS shipping. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of Massachusetts at this time. We accept most major credit cards, cash and Venmo. Prices may vary and are subject to change. Please note that our bakery is NOT a nut free bakery. Our apologies.
